Navratri the festival of colour and costumes is at an all time high . Now few days to go. All communities , all age groups from children to senior citizens take dandia masti and spend night out to enjoy these nine nights. The rhythm of the night is in full swing.And everybody seems to be on a high.From wearing heavy chaniya choli to matching footwear kids seem to be enjoying every moment of it.kids just want to have fun in traditional dresses..I just love it ..is their popular feelings . Dandia masti and maza is the mass movement. Yes really Navratri is a mass movement . Even usa Newjersy they play in streets .Mainly Gujarati Community joined by many other nationalities from American to Europeans and Asians enjoy doing dandia masti and ras garba in the streets of new Jersy during these days and specially during weekend s . The Indian associations and communites are celebrating Nvratri with Dandia masti in U.k , Africa,Australia nd Gulf countries. Many celebreties are invited alongwith musicians and singers to participate the event. 9 nights of bindas fun...colours and style are designers USP this season.Backless cholis and tatoos are ruling this Navratri too. Men and women prefer traditional wear having a contemporary touch. they are going for light weighed crystal , bead and stone , metal jewellery.people spend a lot behind Navratri and the costumes jwellery and delicious dishes everynight. The beauticians have good business too. Besides organisers muscians, singers celebreties are earnig a lot during this season. The professional dance group rule the event and earned five figure during the event.

Navratri the festival of dandia, dance and devotion starts from 19 th sept .It will be for ten days till 28the sept. which will be celebrated as Dussera. The most auspicious festival of Hindus is celebrated with masti and bhakti in all over the world. In UK and USA nowIndian people are demanding with the city authorities to permit them to celebrate this festival for 13 days to 18 days. Navratri festival is Popularly known as the longest dance festival on the earth .The festival is more popular among youth and women who enjoy nine nights performing garba and dandia dance in their coulourful and very beautiful traditional dresses. Navratri is the festival of fun and frolic. However it has its religious and sprititual importance too. As per the ancient scriptures the festival is associated with mother goddess and known as the shaktiparva-with the energy and power . people pray mother goddess Durga, Amba , Mahakali etc during these days and keep Earthen pot for prayer during nine days . Fasting and prayers of the matrushakti is done . The festival is most popular in Bengal ,gujarat Mumbai etc places. It is also associated with Lord Rama and Ravan. It is said that Lord Rama killed Ravana on the tenth day which is celebrated as Dussera and Ravan dahan festival is done on this day. The festival known for devotion and bhakti is now more popular as festival of fun and frolic among youth who dance and do dandia masti throughout nine nights. The festival to enjoy and remeber. Many foriengers come to India to take part in this festival and enjoy. Colourful Fair-Tarnetar fair...

Tarnetar fair ,the most colourful and vibrant fair of Gujarat, is held this year on August 23 to 25 th. Tarnetar is located in Saurashtra near Thangadh. It is five hr drive from Ahmedabad via Limdi-185kms approximately. The fair is held near Trinetrashwar Mahadeva temple at Tarnetar.Grampanchayat and various state authorites organised this colourful fair known as tribal fair near the temple and kund site. Most of the tribes of Saurashtra like Bharvad, Rabari, Koli etc are participating in this fair in a big numbers. The special feature of the fair is matchmaking between the youth of Kolis,Bharwads and Rabaris. It is believed that the Svayamvar of the panchal princess Draupadi was held here wherein Arjuna won her hand .Even today ,the tradition of Svayamvar continues and the tribal girls attending the fair have a right to choose their husbands from the assembled youth.The youth come attired in exquisite cloths and jewellery with ornate umbrellas ,which signifies that they are ready for a matrimonial alliance. The traditional Garba ,Hudodance and Tamasha are the favourites.Bhajanmandlis sing devotional songs to the tune of folk instruments such as khatris,pakhawaj dhol and tabla .Various competitions are organised by grampanchayat like cattle competitions and shows ,colourful umbrella competitions Dress competition,Gasrba-ras competition,Song bhajan competition etcthese events are very memorable to watch. States sports department is also organising rural sports for nearby villagers during these days. State Tourism department organises package tours ,tent accommodation cafeteria and a cultural show at tourist village during these days when many foreign and Indian tourist s visit the colourful fair. The festival is for fun and frolic . The day of Rushipanchami is very pious and many people ,sadhus,tribals etc take a holi dip in the kund on this day. The temple flag-Dhaja is also changed on this day in the early morning.Colourful fair of tarnetar is wonderful.....one must visit this fair .. //

Sex Descrimination has no end.....

Is sex descrimination temporary or permanent ??the reply to this question is unfortunately in YES...its permanent... Women have done fairly well in almost all field.and are doing well in most of the areas .despite this they have to suffer with sex descrimination and sexual harrasment in work field..many a time.. Fairer sex is not liked by many male partner and co worker in offices for the reason best known to them..further sincere and capable ladies are unwanted in many offices specially by male partner. this make them somehow insecure in their office. The young generation is nowadays not much afraid of fairer sex as they have accepted their capacity. but still many men with their rigid mind dont like women growing in several sectors.. These women do get sexual harassment also in their work field..If they allow sexual abuse of their seniors or coworkers somehow they achieve some thing in return in their office and minimum harrasment. This situation is serious and shameful in this modern age.Laws are impotent to make women free from this type of harassment.Best thing women prefer to do is to neglect this type of situation. In many cases they make shortcut and acheive success..Most of the time women avoid to fight against sexual discrimination and harrassment..As ultimately this harm to an individual only and non practical in this time. //

 Always keep yourself busy but not overworked to remain happy in life.

.Dont give too much physical burden to your body and keep simple lifestyle to be happy in life...

 Dont expect too much and dont be over ambitious
