Black money is the main part of our economy ..black money is in India and in foriegn countries.some say this may be of 4oo crores rupees some other say this may be of more than 1000 crores of rupees.It is difficult to give the exact number of such black money ..no body can say so...however the fact is that our money are more black than white in this country or in abroad countries.this is the sad story of this great country. The reason behind this black money is the greed of our people and lack of moral values and ethics. of ourse very handful of the people are having such black money but this has put many in our country in miserable position ..
The main people who are having this black money are mainly politicians, Bureaucrates, some religious groups, and business people. Since last 2-3 decades this black moneys problem is increasing day by day due to our economic policy of development and our liberal economy. But now we can not go back . No country can afford this.
Lakhs of country men -women and children are not having food or enough food ..many have no houses to live nor pakkahouses to live . ...most of the people in our country are poor or from lower middle class ..they do not have good living standard ...our villages do not have road, or water or electricity ...nor good houses in urban or rural areas.
At the same time most of the black money which is not countable is lying idle in this country or in other countries..to control such situation Lokpal bill is coming ..how far this bill will be helpful to control the black money is a big question.Many who are doing big fight on this issue may not be sure on this either.
But this is a fact that only law and judiciary can control such people..Only punishment and that too strict punishment can correct the situation. Even we have several laws to day to correct the situation. Any body can book such culprits with the help of law.
Even IT people can bring back the black money with the present law s but they do with business and salaried class only. It is surprising tha t they do not touch politicians and bureaucrates at all..
When we bring back this money we must decide the correct use of this black money otherwise our experts in money making will again convert it in black money and this vicious circle will go on and on...We have to see that black money turns into white by giving food for all and house for all...employment to all...
