IN Search of PEACE

We all want peace in our life ..But in todays tension and busy lifestyle its very difficult to get peace in life .nor in mind..What should we do to achieve peace of mind..??? Many people have shown the ways and methods to get peace.but for many of us peace is a dream only and it can be achieved only if one is lucky.. If u observe in routine life, we are at rest and most peaceful when we are sleeping. Sound sleep after hectic day make us most peaceful..if u donot get sleep try to get light tablets for peace. For hypertension sound sleep good sleep is a must. Good sleep not only make us peaceful but also good for health of body and mind. Other remedy for peace in life is Yoga and meditation..ofcourse pranayama..deep breathing is good for mental peace. Its also good for physical peace .If our body is healthy than only we can get good peace.. S o many thing can be said in this subject.. but in short for getting peace in life one should take care of health and have simple lifestyle.. Golden rule to acheive peace in life is to have minimum expectations in life.....

Ashadhi Beej-Kutchhi New Year

Ashadhibeej festival is famous in hindu calander.Ashadhi beej is new year for kutchhis.. They expect rain to come and rainy season starts after this. Ashadhibeej is celebrated in Puri with world famous Jagannath puri yatra...people from all over India and now from other countries come to puri to visit the Rathyatra and they do darshan of Lord Jagannathji. Lord Jagganathji move around the city in a traditional procession . Ashadhibeej is celebrated in Gujarat also with lord Jagannathjis rathyatra which is very famous in Ahmedabad.. Ahmedabad used to have communal riots on this day in past because the yatra passes through muslim area who were not liking the yatra. The famous Lord jagannathjis temple has very big preparation for this day. Lakhs of devotees join this yatra and do darshana of lord Krishna-Jaganathji... Category: NewsTopic: Others So as I have written in my last article ultimately MMS has become the choice Prime Minister of the country. With his clean image ,honesty, somberness people have prefered to give five year fix term to him so that uncertainity can be avoided. Many astrologers did various predictions ,forcasts for the election result. Most of them, allmost all failed to give the correct forcast. Many exit poll were done and announced hardly any came out with the correct result. So ultimately MMs and sonia are given good mandate to form the government . MMS governments policies and specially election reforms have won the battle. People have prefered the stable government and economic development in this election than the lust of 15 people s lust for PMs chair. Good luck to MMS and his team..People are waiting for better days and development ,economic progress n reform. //
