Sex Descrimination has no end.....

Is sex descrimination temporary or permanent ??the reply to this question is unfortunately in YES...its permanent... Women have done fairly well in almost all field.and are doing well in most of the areas .despite this they have to suffer with sex descrimination and sexual harrasment in work field..many a time.. Fairer sex is not liked by many male partner and co worker in offices for the reason best known to them..further sincere and capable ladies are unwanted in many offices specially by male partner. this make them somehow insecure in their office. The young generation is nowadays not much afraid of fairer sex as they have accepted their capacity. but still many men with their rigid mind dont like women growing in several sectors.. These women do get sexual harassment also in their work field..If they allow sexual abuse of their seniors or coworkers somehow they achieve some thing in return in their office and minimum harrasment. This situation is serious and shameful in this modern age.Laws are impotent to make women free from this type of harassment.Best thing women prefer to do is to neglect this type of situation. In many cases they make shortcut and acheive success..Most of the time women avoid to fight against sexual discrimination and harrassment..As ultimately this harm to an individual only and non practical in this time. //

 Happiness is nothing but a state of mind.

.Happiness is some stage of mind..

 A feeling which is better known as happiness.

.Happiness comes from heart and mind and not from just worldly

 material like money, luxury etc.

 .But of  course by getting money and living a life

with luxury and comfort we do find most of the time happiness..

 Imagine a holidaying in beautiful place with comfort and luxury , one do get happiness

. But this is a mental condition which w e experience.

 .Love always required to be happy

 But it does make unhappy again as both are mental and emotional stage of mind and heart.

Less expectations from life, simple lifestyle can make one happy .

.Help others and they will help you to get happiness..

It is said that money , love, family and social status are required to be happy..

 Always keep yourself busy but not overworked to remain happy in life.

.Dont give too much physical burden to your body and keep simple lifestyle to be happy in life...

 Dont expect too much and dont be over ambitious

Otherwise you will invite pain and sorrow in life

.Think less and work more is the golden rule to achieve happiness and success  in life.

 Keep some hobby and make Your self busy always.

.Help others and they will make you  happy..

 And lastly be positive and trust Almighty and be Happy...

IN Search of PEACE

We all want peace in our life ..But in todays tension and busy lifestyle its very difficult to get peace in life .nor in mind..What should we do to achieve peace of mind..??? Many people have shown the ways and methods to get peace.but for many of us peace is a dream only and it can be achieved only if one is lucky.. If u observe in routine life, we are at rest and most peaceful when we are sleeping. Sound sleep after hectic day make us most peaceful..if u donot get sleep try to get light tablets for peace. For hypertension sound sleep good sleep is a must. Good sleep not only make us peaceful but also good for health of body and mind. Other remedy for peace in life is Yoga and meditation..ofcourse pranayama..deep breathing is good for mental peace. Its also good for physical peace .If our body is healthy than only we can get good peace.. S o many thing can be said in this subject.. but in short for getting peace in life one should take care of health and have simple lifestyle.. Golden rule to acheive peace in life is to have minimum expectations in life.....

Ashadhi Beej-Kutchhi New Year

Ashadhibeej festival is famous in hindu calander.Ashadhi beej is new year for kutchhis.. They expect rain to come and rainy season starts after this. Ashadhibeej is celebrated in Puri with world famous Jagannath puri yatra...people from all over India and now from other countries come to puri to visit the Rathyatra and they do darshan of Lord Jagannathji. Lord Jagganathji move around the city in a traditional procession . Ashadhibeej is celebrated in Gujarat also with lord Jagannathjis rathyatra which is very famous in Ahmedabad.. Ahmedabad used to have communal riots on this day in past because the yatra passes through muslim area who were not liking the yatra. The famous Lord jagannathjis temple has very big preparation for this day. Lakhs of devotees join this yatra and do darshana of lord Krishna-Jaganathji... With his clean image ,honesty, somberness people have prefered to give five year fix term to him so that uncertainity can be avoided. Many astrologers did various predictions ,forcasts for the election result. Most of them, allmost all failed to give the correct forcast. Many exit poll were done and announced hardly any came out with the correct result. So ultimately MMs and sonia are given good mandate to form the government . MMS governments policies and specially election reforms have won the battle. People have prefered the stable government and economic development in this election than the lust of 15 people s lust for PMs chair.
